ppp9 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules That Protect Everyone

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ppp9 platform — whether through the website at ppp9.pro or any other interface made available by ppp9 — you ("the Member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ppp9's Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions ("Supplementary Rules"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ppp9 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ppp9. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ppp9 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before commencing each gaming session if you have any concerns about recent changes.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through ppp9, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and all communications with ppp9's customer support team.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To open and maintain a ppp9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ppp9 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age from any member at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and casino gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be registered in your own name and used solely by you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — including ppp9's own self-exclusion list — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during active play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a ppp9 employee, without prior written consent from ppp9 management.

ppp9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one registered account with ppp9. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, ppp9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify ppp9 promptly of any changes.

As part of ppp9's Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations under its international gaming licence, you may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Proof of Identity: CNIC (front and back), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.

You are responsible for the security of your ppp9 account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. ppp9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ppp9 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the ppp9 cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current thresholds are always visible before you initiate a transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: ppp9 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one to three business days for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah). These timeframes are targets and may vary depending on volumes or third-party banking delays outside ppp9's control.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
• Your account must not be under review for any security or compliance reason.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance after active bonus deductions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ppp9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any Supplementary Rules published alongside the specific promotion.

Wagering Requirements: All cash bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the promotion's Supplementary Rules. In the absence of specific stated terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Bonus Abuse: ppp9 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating play with other members to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Placing bets that collectively cover all outcomes of a game in order to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk ("bonus hedging").
• Using a bonus in games excluded from wagering contribution under the promotion's Supplementary Rules.

ppp9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ppp9 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets — are subject to the specific rules of the game or market concerned. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules available within the ppp9 platform interface.

Sportsbook: For sports betting, including PSL and cricket markets, ppp9 follows standard industry settlement rules. In-play bets are accepted at ppp9's discretion. ppp9 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of bet placement, or where there is evidence of price manipulation. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market.

Casino Games: All casino games on ppp9 use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panels. Malfunction of any game software voids all pays and plays. ppp9 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round or in-play bet, ppp9's servers record the state of play at the moment of disconnection. Game outcomes and bet settlements are determined by server-side records, which shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppp9 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ppp9 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with ppp9's platform software or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated fraud in connection with ppp9's sportsbook or casino games.
• Using ppp9 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with ppp9.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ppp9 employees, agents, or other members.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

ppp9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to affect your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, ppp9 urges you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, or to contact our support team for assistance.

ppp9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when a set session duration has elapsed.
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total amount you wager within a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications summarising your session activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from ppp9 for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppp9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, and the overall platform interface design — is the intellectual property of ppp9 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ppp9 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any ppp9 content without express prior written consent from ppp9.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ppp9 platform, even if ppp9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ppp9's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ppp9 in the six calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppp9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party outages, or force majeure events are explicitly excluded from any liability claim. ppp9 will use reasonable commercial efforts to notify members of planned maintenance in advance.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ppp9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with ppp9, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppp9 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, deliver customer support, and — where you have opted in — send you promotional communications. ppp9 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12 Amendments to Terms

ppp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — ppp9 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent on-site notification.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

13 Termination of Accounts

You may close your ppp9 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

ppp9 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ppp9 is required to do so by law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.
• ppp9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

In cases of termination for cause, ppp9 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation. ppp9 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in such matters.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppp9 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to ppp9's internal complaints procedure.

Internal Complaints Procedure: To raise a complaint, contact ppp9 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ppp9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a final response within 14 business days. If you are unsatisfied with ppp9's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under ppp9's international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
